In November we will offer a 4-session course on the spiritual need for rest. This class will meet weekly on Sundays (except on November 26) at 12:45 p.m. in room 203. This class will be taught by MJ Jean Drop-in friendly. Join us as we read, reflect, and discuss Wayne Muller’s “Sabbath: Finding Rest, Renewal, and Delight in Our Busy Lives.” Reading the weekly allotted book section is not mandatory for meaningful participation, but will enrich your experience.
