Rest is Resistance

SUNDAYS STARTING ON MARCH 2

In the NYT best-selling book, "Rest is Resistance: A Manifesto," author Tricia Hersey encourages us to push back against capitalism and white supremacy by connecting to the liberating power of rest, daydreaming, and naps as a foundation for healing and justice. MJ Jean will lead a drop-in-friendly class on this book from 10:10-11:00 AM on Sundays, March 2 through April 13, in Room 203 and on Zoom. Whether you’re familiar with the book or new to the conversation, all are welcome to join us as we seek to create spaces of healing and liberation together.
