The Childcare Provider is responsible for oversight of the Childcare ministry so that infants and toddlers (newborn through age 3) and members of their families experience the love of God in a safe and nurturing environment. Hours are Sundays from 7:45 AM - 2:00 PM.
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant is the primary initial contact for Foundry United Methodist Church with the public. Looking to hire several in this position to create a team of individuals to cover all opening hours so hours listed are not to be covered by one individual. Hours include weeknights (Mon - Thur 5pm - 9pm) and weekends (Sat 9am - 12noon; Sun 8am - 2pm). Additional hours will be available based on events and the growing needs of the church.
Project Manager – Mission Possible
A Project Manager will lead planning, fundraising, and communications for Phase II of Mission Possible. This full-time paid temporary position includes collaborating with pastors and laity leaders on fundraising, budgeting, timely progress, regular reporting to the congregation, and other aspects of the completion of the Capital Campaign. Required skills include experience in project management, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and facility with communicating. The Financial Assistant will oversee all incoming contributions and manage the Counting Ministry Teams and procedures for all receipts. This part-time paid position is responsible for documenting all contributions and ensuring all money is appropriately secured. They will maintain all records for contributions and receipts, including creating the desired reports and sending out financial statements to congregation members.
